We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, email support@esmireco.com with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return has been received and inspected. Some items, including final sale, personalised, and intimate products, are not eligible for return.
